Removing Skin Moles: Options
Moles are pigmented cells of varying colors. It could be flesh, pink, brown, or black. For the most part, removing skin moles is not necessary. But they should be monitored regularly for irregularities or changes that may signal the onset of skin cancer. But what if you want your mole removed not for health reasons but because you think it makes you look hideous?
Luckily for you, there are now many options for mole removal. Some are less invasive, others are expensive. Depending on the size and location of your mole, your budget, and your pain threshold, you could try shave excision, punch biopsy, excisional surgery, or lasers. In shave excision, a the mole is shaved off using a small blade. This procedure is ideal for small moles. In punch biopsy, the mole is removed through an incision made by a device that resembles a small cookie-cutter. Excisional surgery, meanwhile, requires that the mole and a little of the surrounding skin be cut out. Lasers could work, too, but they are only effective in removing skin moles that are superficial. They do not penetrate the skin deeply enough. A cheap, natural, and viable alternative is Chris Gibson’s mole removal technique which he explains in detail in his ebook ‘No More Moles, Warts, or Skin Tags’. Download your copy and discover how, in as little as three days, you can be mole-free.
