<p>&nbsp;They won&#8217;t foretell when an attack will happen, and plenty develop intense stress between episodes, troubling when and where the next one will strike.</p>

<p>Some people with panic disorder may go for years without learning that they have got a real, treatable sickness. As an example, if a panic attack strikes whilst you are riding in a elevator, you may develop a fear of elevators.</p>
<p>If you start avoiding them, that might affect your selection of a job or apartment and greatly limit other parts of your life.</p>
<p>Some folk&#8217;s lives become so proscribed that they duck standard, everyday activities like grocery shopping or driving. Or, they may be ready to confront a feared situation only if accompanied by a spouse or other trusted person.</p>
<p>Essentially , these people dodge any situation in which they&#8217;d feel helpless if a panic attack were to happen.</p>
<p>You will genuinely believe you&#8217;re having a coronary, losing your mind, or are on the edge of death. It is unbelievably scary and I&#8217;m glad I found some help for it.</p>

<p>Anxiety, or GAD- General Anxiety Disorder, is absolutely terrible and you  honestly feel as though you are having a heart attack, or even worse you are  losing your mind and your heart flutters and is beating stronger and stronger,  as you are sweating profusely and you feel as though you are losing all the  sanity that you have left! It&#8217;s absolutley horrible!</p>
<p>When it is finally over you are so beat all you want to do is sleep and sleep  as long as you can, I mean if you are sleeping you can&rsquo;t have another <span style="background: #ffffb0 none repeat scroll 0% 0%; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial; color: #000000">panic attack</span>.  The worst of it is now you live in fear of it happening again and again. For some  it is going out in public, the world starts to shrink and you can feel it  closing in on you and you can&rsquo;t breath and the hearts starts to beat a little  faster and faster until it&rsquo;s a full blown attack.</p>
<p>Some are terrified with public speaking and it all starts over and over again  and again. This is a viscious cycle that just keeps getting worse.</p>
<p>Here&rsquo;s the  thing about the drugs to combat this. They are very addictive and are hard to get a Doctor to give  them to you, but if worse comes to worse they will and this will help you  tremendously.</p>
<p>Along with the medication you need to practice some relaxation as  much as you possible can and try to stay calm in all situations. You may also  need therapy as they will help you see what is triggering it all. I believe that  with all three that you will find a great deal of satisfaction with the outcome!</p>
<p>And there are now, thank God, several different &#8216;natural or alternative&#8217; type meds that do wonders.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Travel fear is a specific form of stress which will happen after somebody has beeninvolved in some sort of accident, perhaps a road or rail crash.</p>
<p>Any one suffering from travel fear is probably going to duck travelling as much as is possible. If compelled to go by car, they are probably going to like to be in control of the auto, instead of being a passenger.</p>
<p>On the journey they&#8217;ll be eternally alert, scanning the road for potential accident causing eventualities. When they arrive at their destination, they&#8217;re frequently irritable, tense and exhausted.</p>
<p>This only serves to fortify the phobic reply. Some people will refuse to even go by auto, bus or rail regardless of the extreme upheaval this could cause in their daily lives. These replies are learned behaviors and they are all highly treatable.</p>
<p>Some folks are simply frightened of even being in an automobile, if driving themselves or being driven by others. Maybe they once had a panic or stress attack whilst driving and suffer under the eternal fret that it will happen again.</p>
<p>On the other hand, they may worry that other drivers are likely to lose control. Others might be pleased to drive on normal roads but have a fear of driving on expressways or divided highways.</p>
<p>&nbsp;The medical term for this condition is Hodophobia and it can be quite unpleasant.</p>
