How can I keep my hair from frizzing and curling in humid weather?

i♥gymnastics☻ asked:

I was outside for just an hour to walk a dog at the Humane Society, and my hair completely frizzed and curled. Luckily, it rained for the rest of the day so, when I got home, I didn’t have to go outside again. I redid my hair, so it looks good now, but how can I keep it from frizzing and curling again?

when u get out of the shower ALWAYS blow dry ur hair. get a good hair dryer that will dry it fast. also use anti-frizz serum by garnier fructis, its amazing and it tames all frizz. when u blow dry blow dry down on ur hair too ( it makes it shinier and less frizzy)

Use a really good straightener or get it chemically straightened, but there is really no fighting genetics

I personally love my curly… makes me different than everyone else :)

Buy the Frizz-Ease line by Herbal Esences. It’s great!
Also, after doing your hair, glaze it with shiner or smoother, it is sold in drugstores for cheap.

In humid weather use a little body lotion, nothing to heavy though. I use baby lotion. My hair is fizzy in good weather and it works. Makes your hair smell awesome to.

Use some kind of smoothing fluid. I have naturally curly and frizzy hair but when i straighten my hair i use Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine smoothing fluid. It makes hair shiney and smooth and your hair won’t frizz in rainy or humid weather!

Do you straighten or blow dry your hair? If you do, use on of those heat protecters/smoothers. Redken Heat Glide worked really well for my sister with crazy frizzy hair.
