Sure you can abuse lithium.I would never take a strong drug like this for depression, anyway.They are very dangerous.I would take things that I can buy over the counter,Zing,Vitamin B6,St.John’s Wort,Belladonna(homeapathic)obviousley a poison helps some but don’t! take more than the bottle says.
The only thing to take are tricyclic antidepressants.You get over these quicker if they make it worse.Can’t you tempt her into a few cocktails?Of course you pay for it immediately if you over do it,this isn’t as hidden what it is doing to you.Also the newest findings proved that cocktails made from fruit and liquor have enhanced antioxidants(preventcancer).
