I have started on Amitriptylene 20 mg for the last week for a continuous tension headache and ****** pain maybe caused by TMJ. Im not sure how long I need to wait to get some relief (although its not as intense) my doctor said two weeks. Has anyone had any experience of this drug?

I’m planning to take a few pain relief pills (Tylenol, Motrin) out of their bottles and putting them in a sealed Ziploc bag for convenience. Does taking them out of their bottles reduce the effectiveness of the pills? Are they still safe to eat?

I have had my gallbladder out, I am on co -dryamol but they dont seem to be that great at relief, I cant take ibuprofen etc any ideas? I think i am justbeing desperate now, of course I expected some pain , but for how long? anyone else had this done?
