Just under my ribs (Left side) It feels like a muscel it Tight & has been hit, though I do not think it is a Muscel, maby an organ or something, The pain comes & goes. But after I eat anything it hurts alot more. What could it be, & what can I do about it?

Also, some times it feels like that the pain is shooting to the side or forward or backwords.
It has been coming & going for over 3 months now…. No since last June actually. so 5 months.
