The stuff that I think works the best is Clean & Clear sensitive skin foaming ****** cleanser. It makes my face feel clean, fresh, and tight (if that makes sense), and it smells pretty good, too! AND it's oil-free, so you're not putting unwanted oils on your face. I really like it.

St. Ives apricot scrub is good and it's not expensive. So is clearasil. They have different grades of cleansers so that you can choose which is right for you.
If you want to go a little more expensive, then neutrogena carries some really good cleansers.
Older cleansers are noxema, and it's still around and it still is a good one. Dove soap is also good. Keeps your skin in balance.
Hope this helps

plain old water. Wash two or three times daily. don't overdo it, because then your skin will produce more oils to compensate.

Retin-A is avaiable from your doctor. Is works really well, but it makes you very sensitive to the sun.
