sulfur soap. last time i posted this people gave me a crap load of thumbs down probably because they thought i was screwing around. it doesnt actually contain sulfur, they just call it that, i dont know why. i have acne, i use that and it really helps dry them out, then i use some neutrogena rapid clear but the face lotion type and that helps me.

I had acne really bad in 8th and 9th grade and I tried everything possible. Finally a dermatologist put me on Accutane and it was amazingly effective. At first it dried my face out really bad and I always had chapped lips, but a little neosporin helped that. After a few weeks of being on it my skin started to clear up, and after about 2 months it was completely clear and has more or less stayed that way ever since. It was expensive back then, but it may be cheaper now since its not so new. Ask your doctor about it, its probably the best thing out there.

Stridex worked for me. Also, if you drink plenty of water and don’t touch your face a lot it helps reduce acne.
