First learn to think like the customer. At one time or another, we all shop. Think critically from that side of the aisle. What annoys you in product Cosmetic packaging, ? Step back and think about what packaging attributes you like and why. Recently, I was interviewed about this topic and why marketers insist on changing well-defined and successful product packaging. Don’t get caught up in change for changes sake. Listen to what the customer says. if you just spend a few minutes looking around you to see what products you have in your home or your work. I know it’s wishful thinking that we can believe all those fantastic marketing claims (a lot of people do as evidenced by the product’s popularity).
