I am often to lazy to make my own stuff..I get everything from mountain rose herbs.
*probiotics can be very helpful. Probiotics help you digest and better assimilate the nutrients from your food. That means your skin receives more of the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals it needs to be healthy.
I prefer non dairy probiotics…water kefir can be very yummy!

Weakened digestion, combined with foods that are difficult to digest (greasy, fried foods, dairy, spicy food, etc) often result in stomach energy backing up & causing facial acne.
Probiotics help strengthen/balance the stomach, helping food break down & travel downward as is normal.
You'll get even better results by cutting out foods that are difficult to digest.
A great book to pick up is "Healing with Whole Foods" by Paul Pitchford. Fantastic resource for healing imbalances with the foods we eat.
A local acupuncturist of naturopathic doctor in your area should be able to give you some dietary recommendations without charging you much – or anything at all. Check out http://www.acufinder.com for someone in your area.
