   The reason why people have acne is because of the raging hormones in their bodies. The raging hormones causes the oil-glands to produce excess sebum (oil). Most of the time, the excess sebum is trapped by the dead skin cells that were not sloughed off properly, which will cause acne.

   Hence it is important that you exfoliate your face every alternate day. slice some fresh tomatoes and rub gently onto the face and wait for 20 minutes before washing them off. The acid in the tomato is able to slough off the dead skin cells.Apply a toner that is alcohol free to remove excess oil and traces of dirt. After that, use a acne medications that is called 'Thursday plantation'. It contains malaleuca oil which aides in treating acne.

   I use avveno products that say help prevents break outs and it works great! Also change your pillow cases 2-3 times a week. (oils on the pillow case can cause acne) Don't consume lots of dairy or try vegan/veg dairy products some dairy products can cause one to break out. Only wash your face 2x a day one in the AM then in the PM. Don't touch your face and don't have your hair touching your face

   Well Acne starts from bactria and grems under ur skin. so i think if u wash ur face with soap every morning u should be fine.but the black spots sorry i dont know anything
