Are acne laser treatments a fast and effective way to get rid of my acne and acne scars?

i have had laser treatment for my rosacea, and acne..when i first started getting the treatment done every 4 weeks, the acne started dissapearing, but after a while the acne came back even worse,,, i stoped the laser treatment, and now i only use creams for acne…
